2008 rates for House: 
$7200
per week.
2008 rates for Cottage: $3800 per week.

Rentals are from Saturdays to Saturdays. Check in time is 4pm and
check out time is 11am.
A 50% deposit is due upon booking your stay with the balance due 45
days prior to arrival date. There is a $600.00 security deposit per
week for the house and a $400.00 security deposit for the cottage.
A separate check is paid with the final payment prior to arrival.
Sophia our caretaker will come in 6 days a week to clean the house
and cottage not including Sundays and public holidays. Sophia will
also babysit and cook for a fee.
All bedrooms in house and cottage have air conditioners. Washer and
dryer as well as DVD and CD player are also provided. There is a dishwasher
in the house. Both houses now have a high speed cable internet connection.
